The 5 Day program is our 3 day program PLUS 2 extra days of actual hands on experience staging a vacant home. We include how to pull inventory, what type of inventory to pull, working with rental companies and staging the property. A complete and thorough training focusing on Professional staging techniques, business start up and managing and marketing and networking success.
This is a complete, hands-on training program that will prepare you to begin your own Real Estate Staging business. You will be trained in all aspects of Real Estate Staging and upon completion will be SMART Certified and ready to perform your first Staging Consultation and be certified in staging your first home.
Our training course includes:
- A complete and thorough training focusing on Professional staging techniques, business start up and managing. We also feature marketing methods and networking success plans.
- SMART offers hands-on learning experiences that truly prepare you to confidently offer staging, redesign, and color consultations in your business.
- Actual experience speaking with clients and real estate agents
- Continued mentorship and coaching throughout your career as a SMART Stager
- Instruction on the exclusive SMART Program
- Certification in the SMART Stager Training
- Inclusion in the SMART Network
Certified SMART Stager Training Program ™ - $2500.00
You will work with real clients, in real homes and be able to see and feel the dramatic results of Home staging immediately.
You will be instructed
on the Exclusive SMART Program. We will teach you
the ins and outs of the program and how to successfully
market it so it becomes a valuable portion of your
staging business.
As a SMART Stager
you will be included in our SMART Network, and you
are encouraged to find other Real Estate Professionals
to join the SMART Program. We’ll show
you how!

SMART Stagers
limits its class size to 20 people for the
5 day program. We feel that it is important that you
receive individual attention from your trainer. We
can help you identify your strengths and weaknesses.
SMART Program
includes:

- A journal for note taking.

- Daily lunch
You will be
supplied with a comprehensive training manual
designed to be a guidebook as you begin your business
venture. Upon completion you will be granted access
to our SMART Stager Resource Center.
Here you will be provided with forms, tools and handouts
that you can customize for your own business.
You need to
bring:
- Your own camera to start your own
professional staging portfolio.
- A business – casual attire
- Comfortable shoes
Hands-on training
is so valuable; nothing can replace this
learning experience. We will prepare you for a variety
of situations by interacting with real home sellers
and licensed Real Estate Agents.
