Cancellation Policy
Written notice for cancellation of
SMART Stager Training registration must
be received 30 days before date of
workshop to receive 75% refund of paid
fees. If participant wishes to
re-register for a future workshop, 100%
of the paid fees will be applied to the
new class.
Cash refunds, less a 25% processing fee,
will only be given for payments made by
cash or check (*if appropriate notice,
stated above, is given). All refunds
will be mailed within 14 days after
receiving written cancellation. |
